International Standard orders are sent using NZ Post International Air. This is an economical tracked delivery service, with estimated delivery within 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

If you need your order sooner, International Express offers a faster delivery service.

International Express is our fastest international delivery option. All Express orders are tracked, with estimated delivery within 4–8 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may be affected by customs processing or other delays outside our control.
