All Evolve jewellery is handcrafted with care, to the highest standards. We use quality materials to create our New Zealand-inspired pieces, including sterling silver, solid 9ct gold, Murano glass, genuine New Zealand greenstone and pāua, which are treasured by customers around the globe.

Our natural and man-made gemstones are handset with care, while our enamel and gold vermeil pieces add colour and vibrancy to our meaningful New Zealand designs.

12-Month Warranty for most products

Evolve provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on most products, beginning from the date of purchase. If your product is covered by this warranty, Evolve may repair or replace it free of charge.

Six-month warranty for selected materials

Evolve provides a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects affecting products or components made from leather, cotton, resin, elastic or string, beginning from the date of purchase. If your product is covered by this warranty, Evolve may repair or replace it free of charge.
These warranties are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, including after Evolve’s stated warranty period has expired.

Like all quality jewellery, Evolve products require special care. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear including tarnishing and scratching arising through ordinary use
• Accidental damage or mistreatment, including products being dropped, pulled, knocked, bent, broken or stretched
• Failure to use, care for or store jewellery in accordance with our Cleaning & Care guidelines
• Lost or stolen items: we recommend the use of safety chains &/or stopper clips on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewellery
• Unauthorised repair or alteration to the product
• Damage caused by contact with or use alongside third-party jewellery or accessories
• Natural variation. Because many Evolve products are handmade and incorporate natural or handcrafted materials, slight variations in colour, pattern, tone, markings and finish may occur. Pounamu, pāua, gemstones and Murano glass are particularly individual in appearance and may also look different depending on lighting and screen settings when shopping online. These unique variations are not considered faults.
